นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

DronePro คือแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับนักบินโดรนเกษตร เพื่อจัดการตารางงาน ข้อมูลลูกค้า รายรับ-รายจ่าย ยอดค้างรับ และรายงานการทำงาน

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• เบอร์โทรศัพท์ — ใช้สำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน OTP
• ชื่อ-นามสกุล ของผู้ใช้ และจังหวัดที่ทำงาน
• รุ่นโดรน และการตั้งค่าราคาบริการ
• รายชื่อลูกค้า เบอร์โทรลูกค้า ที่อยู่ และพิกัด GPS ของแปลงนา (กรอก/ปักหมุดโดยผู้ใช้เอง เพื่อใช้นำทางไปยังแปลงงาน)
• ข้อมูลคิวงาน รายรับ-รายจ่าย และยอดค้างรับ
• รูปโปรไฟล์ (ถ้าผู้ใช้เลือกอัปโหลด)
• เสียงพูด — เฉพาะตอนผู้ใช้ admin กดปุ่ม "ผู้ช่วยเสียง" ส่งไปประมวลผลที่ OpenAI เพื่อแปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความและตอบกลับ ไม่มีการบันทึกเสียงถาวรในเซิร์ฟเวอร์
• ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิก — จัดการโดย Apple App Store / Google Play ผ่าน RevenueCat เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

• ยืนยันตัวตนผู้ใช้และเข้าสู่ระบบ
• บันทึก แสดง และจัดการตารางงานของผู้ใช้
• สร้างรายงานรายได้และใบเสนอราคา
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนงาน (push notification)
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและแก้ไขปัญหาของแอป

3. การแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของแอป:

• Supabase — ฐานข้อมูลและระบบยืนยันตัวตน
• ThaiBulkSMS — ส่ง OTP ผ่าน SMS
• RevenueCat — จัดการการสมัครสมาชิก (อ่านสถานะ subscription)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน
• OpenAI — ประมวลผลคำสั่งเสียง (เฉพาะ admin ที่ใช้ผู้ช่วยเสียง)
• Expo / EAS — โฮสติ้งและการอัปเดตแอป
• Cloudflare — โฮสติ้งหน้าเว็บไซต์นี้

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้รับข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการคุ้มครองข้อมูลของพวกเขาเอง

4. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคที่เหมาะสมในการป้องกันข้อมูล ได้แก่การเข้ารหัสข้อมูลระหว่างการส่ง (HTTPS/TLS) และ Row-Level Security ในฐานข้อมูล ผู้ใช้แต่ละคนเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะข้อมูลของตัวเองเท่านั้น

PIN ล็อกแอปถูกเก็บในเครื่องของผู้ใช้เท่านั้น ไม่ส่งไปเซิร์ฟเวอร์

5. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้จะถูกเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่

ผู้ใช้สามารถลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ด้วยตัวเองในแอป:

ตั้งค่า → เลื่อนลงล่างสุด → กด "ลบบัญชีถาวร"

ระบบจะลบข้อมูลคิวงาน ลูกค้า รายรับ-รายจ่าย และโปรไฟล์ทั้งหมดทันทีและไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้

6. สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้

ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิ์:

• เข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลของตัวเอง
• ถอนความยินยอมในการประมวลผลข้อมูล
• ร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูล

DronePro is an application for agricultural drone pilots to manage job schedules, customers, income, expenses, and reports.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number — for OTP-based authentication
• Name and home province of the user
• Drone model and service pricing settings
• Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and GPS pins of work plots (entered/pinned by the user)
• Job schedules, income, expenses, and unpaid balances
• Profile photo (if user uploads one)
• Voice recordings — only when admin users press the "Voice Assistant" button. Audio is sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text processing. No permanent audio storage on our servers.
• Subscription data — managed by Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. We do not store credit card information.

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and provide app access
• Save, display, and manage job schedules
• Generate income reports and quotes
• Send job reminders (push notifications)
• Improve app performance and fix issues

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell user personal information.

We use the following service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• ThaiBulkSMS — SMS-based OTP delivery
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing
• OpenAI — voice command processing (admin only)
• Expo / EAS — app hosting and updates
• Cloudflare — website hosting

4. Data Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and Row-Level Security in the database. Each user can only access their own data. App PIN lock is stored locally on the user's device and never sent to our servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained as long as the account is active.

Users can delete their account and all data in-app:

Settings → scroll to bottom → tap "Delete Account Permanently"

This immediately deletes all jobs, customers, expenses, and profile data. Deletion cannot be undone.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their own data; withdraw consent for data processing; and complain about how their data is used. Contact us at chimlai33@gmail.com

7. Children's Privacy

DronePro is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and in the app.
